Accept your invitation
Open the email from your care provider. Sign in, or set your password if you are new.
Upload your documents
Pick a file for each requirement, or reuse one you have already uploaded.
Fix and resubmit
If something is not accepted you will see why. Replace the document and resubmit.

Ask the care provider you work with to send one to your work email. Invitations expire, so ask them to resend it if the link no longer works.
Yes. Documents you upload are kept in My documents, and you can choose them again for another provider.
Open the submission to see the requirement and the reviewer's note, then upload a replacement.
